Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your kit. If something's not right, we'll sort it.
You've got 30 days. From the day your order arrives, you have 30 days to request a return. Your item needs to be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it arrived in. Hold onto your proof of purchase too.
To start a return, drop us an email at sales@stretchsociety.co.uk. Don't send anything back without contacting us first. We won't be able to process it otherwise. Once your return is approved, we'll send you the return address and next steps.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we'll cover it.
Something arrive damaged? Inspect your order when it lands. If anything's defective, damaged, or just plain wrong, contact us straight away and we'll make it right.
What we can't accept back are used or opened bands for hygiene reasons, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges are simple. Return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.
UK & EU customers — under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. Item must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed once we've received and checked your return. If approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing can add a little extra time on top. If 15 business days have passed and nothing's appeared, get in touch.
